Return & Refund Policy

At APshop (Profmotors OÜ), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy is strictly aligned with European Union consumer protection laws and is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Return Window (14 Days)

You have the right to return your item within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without providing any reason.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused, and unworn.

  • It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging (please do not use the original product box as the outer shipping container).

  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories (including manufacturer's labeling and serial numbers) must be included.

  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Goods damaged due to the buyer's fault or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (0 EUR).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@apshop.eu within the 14-day return window to notify us of your intent to return the item.

  2. Securely pack the item to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items (Warranty)

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@apshop.eu or call us at +372 5333 2343. We provide a 24-month right to submit claims for natural persons (consumers). In cases of our error or a confirmed manufacturer defect, we will guide you through the warranty process or replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.
