At APshop (Profmotors OÜ), we are committed to delivering your car parts and accessories safely and efficiently. We ship our products across Estonia, the European Union, and worldwide using reliable international postal and courier services (including Omniva, DPD, DHL, and others).

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Our handling time depends on the physical location of the ordered parts:

Items in Local Stock: Orders are processed, packed, and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days after full payment is received.
Items from Partner Warehouses (Cross-docking): For highly specific or out-of-stock items that need to be transferred from our European partner warehouses, processing and handling may take 5 to 10 business days.

(Note: If a significant delay is expected, our support team will contact you immediately to offer alternative solutions or a full refund).

2. Estimated Transit Time

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time (delivery time) is as follows:

Domestic (Estonia): 1 to 3 business days.
European Union (EU): 3 to 7 business days.
International (Rest of the World): 7 to 15 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of your order, and your exact delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your payment. There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Tracking and Responsibility

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Profmotors OÜ bears full responsibility for the safety of the goods and the risks of accidental loss during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss of the package during transportation, we guarantee a prompt resolution (re-sending the goods or issuing a full refund).
